Dimora di charme in Valpolicella con arredi esclusivi e vista sui vigneti

E' un'antica casa in pietra nel cuore della Valpolicella, a Gargagnago, il paese dove dicono abbia avuto origine la produzione del vino Amarone, e dove risiedono i discendenti del sommo poeta Dante Alighieri. E' una casa singola dotata di un fascino molto particolare, dedicata agli amanti dell' atmosfera di un tempo e dell'arte; arredata con gusto dal proprietario, collezionista e rivenditore di quadri e arredi, scelti uno ad uno per rendere l'ambiente unico. Sono parte dell'arredo, dipinti, stampe, mappe, antiche carte nautiche che si alternano a pezzi di design e modernariato per offrire un alloggio esclusivo con splendida vista.

L'abitazione si sviluppa su tre livelli ed è dotata di arredi esclusivi in ogni stanza e nelle aree comuni.

- Piano terreno: dal giardino si accede ad un ampio ingresso/pranzo. Vi è poi una cucina con camino ed antico lavabo in pietra, mobili di design ed attrezzata con pentole, teglie, bicchieri di vario genere (anche balloon), posate, ciotole, tostapane, forno elettrico, frigorifero, forno microonde, lavastoviglie. Il bagno al piano terra è dotato di ampia doccia con seduta in muratura, wc, lavabo e lavatrice. -

Primo piano: ci sono due stanze da letto entrambe con letti doppi accoppiabili in base alle esigenze. Godono entrambe di una splendida vista sui vigneti e sulla vallata. Il bagno a questo livello è dotato di vasca idromassaggio, lavabo, wc e bidet.

- Secondo piano: si sale in mansarda tramite una tipica scala in legno, qui troviamo un grande open space molto luminoso per la presenza di numerose finestre con vista. La prima metà è occupata dal salotto con zona camino con panche e zona lettura. La seconda metà ha un altro salotto con zona tv ed una zona letto con un matrimoniale.

La connessione wifi è disponibile in tutta la casa. Ci sono due televisori 40", uno nella camera padronale ed uno nell'angolo tv in mansarda. Entrambi collegati a decoder satellitare via parabola.

Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione tutta la casa ed il piccolo giardino

Il luogo si presta per visitare il bellissimo territorio della Valpolicella, con le sue antiche Pievi e le cantine famose in tutto il Mondo. Verona è facilmente raggiungibile tramite la strada statale o la superstrada che dista appena 1 km. E che consente di arrivare velocemente in città, in stazione o in areoporto nel giro di 20'. Anche il Lago di Garda, Lazise, Bardolino, Garda, e tutta la sponda veronese è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo.

- Pulizie: il costo delle pulizie è aggiuntivo rispetto alla tariffa indicata e si paga a parte ed in contanti al momento del check in. Le pulizie hanno un costo standard di 60 euro (salvo verifca delle condizioni della casa nel corso del check out).

- Check-in dalle 16.00 alle 20.00 - Oltre questo orario si applica un costo aggiuntivo per la persona che vi attende di 20,00 euro - Comunicate sempre il Vs. orario di arrivo in modo da poter organizzare l'accoglienza e confermatelo telefonicamente all'addetto un'ora prima dell'arrivo.

- Check-out entro le ore 9.00

- La tipologia della casa e degli arredi non è indicata per famiglie con bambini. Amiamo gli animali, ma la nostra casa non è attrezzata per ospitarli. In casa non si può fumare, ma potete farlo tranquillamente in giardino. Non è una abitazione indicata per eventi o feste, ma per rilassarsi in un contesto tranquillo e speciale. L'abitazione non dispone di un garage o posto auto privato, ma è disponibile un parcheggio pubblico a poca distanza (50 metri circa).

Charming mansion in Valpolicella with exclusive furnishings and views of the vineyards

The house is spread over three floors and is equipped with exclusive furnishings in every room and common areas.

- Ground floor: from the garden there is a large entrance / dining area. There is also a kitchen with fireplace and antique stone washbasin, designer furniture and equipped with pots, pans, various glasses (including balloon), cutlery, bowls, toaster, electric oven, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher. The ground floor bathroom has a large shower with masonry seat, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. -

First floor: there are two bedrooms both with double beds that can be paired according to needs. Both enjoy a wonderful view of the vineyards and the valley. The bathroom at this level has a hot tub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

- On the second floor: you go upstairs through a typical wooden staircase, here we find a large bright open space for the presence of numerous windows with a view. The first half is occupied by the living room with fireplace area with benches and reading area. The second half has another sitting area with TV area and a sleeping area with a double bed.

Wifi is available throughout the house. There are two 40 "TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the attic TV corner. Both are connected to satellite satellite dishwashers.

- The type of home and furnishings is not suitable for families with children. We love animals, but our home is not equipped to accommodate them. You can not smoke at home, but you can do it quietly in the garden. It is not a suitable place for events or parties but to relax in a quiet and special setting. The home does not have a garage or private car park, but public parking is available within a short distance (about 50 meters).
