Corrisponde esattamente a tutto quello che cercate da una villa sul mare:

se dovessi descriverla in maniera oggettiva,tenendo di conto che i miei ospiti da ormai 50 anni di esperienza nel settore degli affitti ne rimangono soddisfatti al 100% e continuano a scegliere la villa solana da decenni: spaziosa/full optional/vista mozzafiato/a 2 passi dal mare e dai monti/villa da sogno .

i vantaggi sono molti: davanti la casa ci sono ben tre spiagge ,la più vicina è quella del forno, che dista meno di 100 metri dal villino , subito dopo abbiamo scaglieri e la biodola ,raggiungibili entrambi a piedi tramite un bellissimo percorso che parte proprio dal villino la solana.

il centro della città è a 5 km di distanza, perciò facile da raggiungere. sulla spiaggia del forno c'è uno dei ristoranti più belli dell'isola ,l'ostrica che ha come punto di forza la cucina ittica.

prima della spiaggia della biodola, quindi vicino al villino la solana c'è la fermata dell'autobus che permette di visitare l'isola senza l'obbligo di un veicolo.

dietro il villino c'è una passeggiata all'interno del parco nazionale dell'arcipelago toscano che offre dei momenti di relax e puro piacere per le viste uniche; quindi il villino ha di fronte tutto il mare che si può desiderare , e dietro una stupenda passeggiata all'interno della macchia mediterranea. inoltre è presente anche un mini-market a 150\200 metri dal villino.
