Our client, part of an international group, leader in delivering sustainable treatment and reuse solutions while empowering businesses and communities worldwide to make the most of their water resources, commissioned us to search a:

Vice-President of Operation- Water Field (Anaerobic Digestion Technology)

Responsibilities:
The VP of Operation is responsible for project execution and manufacturing activities.
He will report to the General Manager and he is a member of the Company senior management team.

He will have direct authority over the following activities:
Multi-disciplinary detailed engineering (electrical and mechanical engineering),
Manufacturing workshop
Project management
Site project management
Construction
Commissioning
This represents approximately 17 staff, in addition to subcontractors.
The VP of Operation will ensure that projects are executed according to the Company management system and will ensure that actual expenses remain in line with the proposed budget. He will put in place mitigation measures in case of deviations.
The VP operations is responsible for compliance with the Company Health, Safety and Environment system (HSE).
As part of his role, the VP operation will also:
Work closely with the sales department and get involved in the sales process as appropriate;
Manage relationships with existing and new clients;
Prepare project plan in accordance with budget and timetable;
Develop and improve existing project management procedures and the proper application of these procedures across the company
Review and improve existing manufacturing processes

Requirements:
Master of science in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environment
+15 years of international experience in managing design and construction of infrastructure projects, preferably water ((Anaerobic Digestion Technology) and wastewater treatment plants
Construction site experience
A proven track record in delivering projects on schedule and budget in an international environment
Fluency in Italian and English. Spanish, French and Portuguese a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills.
