Giudizio ottimo conveniently located a few kilometers from the start of Chianti, the house is in good condition and is spread mainly on two levels (pte p1) where they insist 10 rooms plus services and wide corridors, are also present a second floor attic but practicable with a vain "tower". the building has pertaining another artifact with function garage / warehouse. a beautiful park with Italian garden surrounds the property on several sides. Request treatable. Excellent judgment The house has the elegance and charm of the period and some of the rooms still retain the original frescos. It is pleasantly furnished with country style furniture of the period. There is also a small collection of photographs taken by Marquis Giovanni Gargiolli who was an engineer and an inventor. He built one of the first cameras in Italy and in 1892 he was appointed director of the National Photographic Institute in Rome. A man of many interests, he was a friend of Guglielmo Marconi, the writer Carlo Lorenzini (alias Collodi, the author of Pinocchio), the composer Giacomo Puccini and the poet Giosuè Carducci. These famous people were occasionally guests at the house. The residence is surrounded by 4.057 sq. m. of secluded garden. It is very close to the Cavriglia Natural Park and well placed to reach Siena (minute 35), Florence (minute 30) and Arezzo (minute 30). It was used in the filming of the television serial "Turbo".
