Toscana, Grosseto, Roccalbegna, Usi- Nel cuore della Maremma, nella provincia di Grosseto, sorge il Centro nella valle del fiume Albegna. Il borgo di Usi nasce nella meta' del 1800, grazie all'arrivo di una famiglia francese, dalla Provenza. La struttura del borgo e' singolare, un borgo agricolo compatto, raro nel suo caso, organizzato intorno spazi collettivi, strade, piazze e giardini delle abitazioni. il suo patrimonio locale da difendere e valorizzare. Proponiamo un'abitazione collocata all'interno del borgo che sviluppa su due piani e con un giardino di proprieta' di circa 300 mq. Ristrutturata con cura mantenendo le caratteristiche originali dell'architettura del Borgo. Al piano rialzato si accede dalla cucina abitabile con camino angolare, troviamo un rispostiglio, poi la camera da letto patronale e il bagno su un livello sfalzato di due gradini. Troviamo una rampa di scale rivestita in cotto che si apre sul salotto al piano mezzano, finemente ristrutturato con rifiniture in legno anche il tetto e' realizzato con travi in legno e ringhiere in ferro battuto e accesso al portico. Dal salotto raggiungiamo il primo piano con una scala e troviamo la seconda camera con un secondo bagno. L' abitazione e' unica nel suo portico genere, e' un contesto che ci riporta in una realta' singolare immersa nel verde e nella tranquillita' della Natura. La ristrutturazione e' stata eseguita secondo la normativa dell'adeguamento sismico e l'immobile ha ricevuto il certificato di agibilita'. We find a stairway staircase lined with terracotta, which opens onto the mezzanine floor, finely restored with wooden trim, and the roof is made of wooden beams and wrought iron railings and access to the porch. From the living room we reach the first floor with a staircase and find the second bedroom with a second bathroom. The house is unique in its portico genre, it 'a context that brings us back to a singular reality immersed in the green and the tranquility of Nature.
