Cesena, I rent a room in villa for periods of 1-2-3 months. Only people with feedback and references. Payments weekly. No pets admitted.
The fare includes consumes of water, electricity and gas.
Wi-fi free. No kitchen. The room is equipped with frigo bar,Microwawe, hair dreyer, tv, terrace. The bathroom is contiguous the room and is shared with another room. Weekly we provide at the cheange of bedclothes and bath towels.
The bath everyday is cleaned by us.
On demand we can arrange e service of Bed and Breakfast and of Half Board with a Restaurant near the House.
The Villa is Located at 3 km from the centre of the town, 5 minutes by bus 94.
