For the Regional Customer Support Center based in Milan that provides customer care and product support to Diagnostics product lines to clients in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Switzerland we are looking for:
PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Slovenian and/or Croatian mother tongue

Job Responsibility:
- Deliver first in class customer support to Slovenian and Croatian clients on technical and application issues
The Role:
- Handling of Customer and Staff inquiries by phone and in written form
- Service activity on site and support to Sales Representatives
- Support for new Products launch in the countries
- Processing customer inquiries and problem solving
- Identification of product quality issues and escalation to next level of competence
- Application of Remote Service for customer support
- Conducting initial customer and internal specialists training on instruments
- Handling of simple customer complaints

Required qualifications:
- Scientific background, preferably a Biology, Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering Degree or PhD
- Qualification as laboratory technician or medical technical assistant
- Some experience in medical, technical environment by working in customer service or working experience in a medical laboratory
- Languages: Slovenian native speaker and fluent in Croatian or vice versa. Good knowledge in written and spoken technical English. Ideally some understanding of Italian
