For our client Multinational, leader in transmission and distribution industry, we are looking for an:

Junior Sales Manager

the candidate plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the Company, in order to increase sales with potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Responsibilities

Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
Spots opportunities and prepares customer contact, identifying key people and key buying factors
Builds and maintains a customer focused network.
Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal engineers / other involved professionals and management.
Assures a comprehensive Handover to the appointed Project Manager
Completes sales related key reporting.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

Requirements required

Degree in Electrical, Industrial and Energy Engineering
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in transmission and distribution industry (preferably on Power Transformers).
Availability to travel for one week per month
Fluent in French - Italian and English; a good working knowledge of a third Language (Spanish /) would be an asset
Strong Customer orientation
Self-motivated, quick and assertive
Good communication skills
