the lower flat has a big bedroom with exit to the garden terrace and a door to the rustic natural stone bath. from the living room with fireplace and piano you come into the kitchen and the garden-terrace.

entering into the upper flat you come into an eat-in-kitchen, two bedrooms, a big brightfull living room with large windows (stunning view!) and parquet-floor. behind the living room is a bathroom with a shower stall. all the rooms have high wooden ceilings.
