Recently built two-family farmhouse in the Montefalco municipality

I am selling a recently built two-family farmhouse situated between Foligno and Montefalco. The house is approximately 240 square meters and it includes a parcel of 27,000 meters.

The land and the house are situated in the Montefalco municipality, in close proximity of the horse center Le Lame Horses Sporting Club. This area has a very pleasant climate thanks to the constant natural ventilation typical of Clitunno and Topino Valleys.

On top of that, the house offers beautiful views of the two medieval towns of Montefalco and Trevi, two of the most beautiful towns in the region.

The nearby horse center focuses on the reception and wellbeing of horses, horse riders, and of all of the other types of small and large guests that come in occasion of the frequent national horse contests (F.I.S.E.).

Not far from the house, you can also find a trout farm and a distinctive pub, while along the private road to get to the property you will see the dog center Terra del Falco.

As mentioned above, the house has been recently built and has never been inhabited. The interior is semi-finished: The walls have all been plastered, but the the floors of the first floor and of the terrace need to be completed.
