Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno/cucina con divano letto e bagno, il primo piano da due camere da letto matrimoniali (una con balcone) ed un secondo bagno.

Lâ€(TM)appartamento è molto luminoso, è dotato di ottime rifiniture, la mobilia è nuovissima, ha un balcone in camera da letto con una bella vista mare, è dotato di split di aria condizionata in ogni stanza (cucina/soggiorno e le due camere da letto), lavatrice, due televisori (uno nel soggiorno e uno in una delle due camere matrimoniali), cassaforte e di WIFI.

E' ideale per ospitare famiglie con figli, coppie o gruppi di amici.

We rent FOR MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS a delightful apartment just renovated in the heart of San Vito lo Capo 50 meters from the sea and the beach..

The apartment is divided in two floors, ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor consists of living room/kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom, the first floor has two double bedrooms (one with balcony) and a second bathroom.

The apartment is very bright, it has excellent finishes, the furniture is brand new, it has a balcony in the bedroom with a beautiful sea view, it has split air conditioning in each room (kitchen/living room and the two bedrooms), washing machine, two televisions (one in the living room and one in a bedroom), safe and WIFI.

It is ideal for accommodating families with children, couples or groups of friends.

There are also accessories and laundry for bed / bath / kitchen.

The weekly PRICE is:

- 850 euros from 26 August to 2 September;
- 600 euros from 2 to 15 September;
- 1.000 euros from 15 to 25 September;
- 500 euros from 26 to 30 September;
