Sicily -A delicious flat air-conditionned in the center of S. Vito Lo Capo (TP) and very close to the beach (120 meters, that is 0.120 miles ). It is set up with a private underground garage, just beneath the house, where you can park your car. The flat is at the ground floor and it has a small garden, provided of table and chairs in order to have the possibility to have a nice dinner/lunch outside, or to sunbathe. Within the flat there are: a large double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with TV and a sofa-bed, and a kitchen with fridge and freezer. All the consumptions (light, gas, water) are included. The flat can host till 6 persons. No pets.
