ROOM TO LET IN ROME
Room (single or double, or 3 ) to let in Rome, in VIA MONTECUCCOLI, (opposite cinema Aquila), in the area Pigneto, Porta maggiore.
I have two beautiful wide rooms. Both are about 18 sq metres; they are very quiet and bright with a big balcony. Both are well furnished with a double bed, but an extra bed may be added at request. Desk, shelves, chest of drawers and other pieces of furniture are thought for somene who needs comfort to study.
You would be allowed to use the kitchen for your own cooking, and the bathroom. You will also appreciate that the use of two bycicles is also included in the cost. considering that in Rome a bike comes extremely handy to avoid waiting for buses and to save money.
The flat is very central in the vibrant area “Il Pigneto” with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Termini Station is of easy reach with a 15 min walk. The underground stations of lines A and C are also very near, and so are the stops of trams n. 14 and 19 going to the University “La Sapienza”, Re di Roma square and Tiburtina station.
As I said, Termini, San Giovanni, Colosseo, are all of easy reach
The flat is situated on the second floor of a building that has a lift. It is quite nice, large (100sq metres) with 2 balconies (9 metres long and 1.40 m wide). It has been recently restored and is well furnished. I normally live in it.
Being a professional actor I like to be surrounded by interesting, creative and warm people, but I also appreciate manners. Of course no heavy drinking, no drugs, animals and no others guests are allowed.
COST: €460 if the room is used as a single; €300 per person if it is used as a double.
All other expenses are included. No extra for the internet. A deposit of €150 is requested .
I’d be happy with either students or working people. I’d like to share my home in a spirit of collaboration in order to have a good quality of life and serenity for all.
Both rooms are available on a short, medium or long term. On Christmas, at Easter and in the summer the price is €150 per week for the single and €240 for the double.
